Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to reply. You may also share the browser or assistive technology you use if it helps explain the problem. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. You can request project information or a quote by phone or email if the online form is difficult to use.
Using the website
- Use the “Skip to content” link at the start of each main page to bypass repeated navigation.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. A visible outline identifies keyboard focus.
- Use Enter to open links and Enter or Space to activate buttons. Use Escape or the Close button to dismiss the mobile menu or photo viewer.
- In the photo viewer, use Previous and Next, or the Left and Right arrow keys, to move between photos. Closing the viewer returns focus to the photo you opened.
- Use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge content. The website also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Accessibility features
Our improvements include descriptive text for project images, organized headings and page landmarks, labeled form fields, helpful error messages, keyboard focus indicators, and controls designed for keyboard and touch use.
Review status and limitations
Accessibility work is ongoing. Automated checks and source reviews help us find issues, but they do not establish full WCAG conformance. A complete evaluation with screen readers, browser zoom, and different devices has not yet been completed. We welcome feedback about barriers that remain.
